RULES & REQUIREMENTS
SUR CLAN OFFICIAL GUIDELINES

These rules apply to all members of the SuR clans.
All members are expected to follow these rules to keep SuR strong, organised, and competitive.

MEMBER DUTIES
1.1 Announcements
All official clan announcements must be read, understood and followed.
1.2 Clan Channels
Members must join and follow all mandatory SuR channels. Each channel has a specific purpose, and off-topic messages should not be posted in official channels.

1.3 Message of the Day
Members must regularly check the Message of the Day for important information, including Tin Man summoning times, event coordination and strategic updates.
Important: Members are responsible for staying informed.

CLAN REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Weekly Chest Requirement
Members must achieve a minimum of 6,000 chest points per week.

2.2 Golden Pass
All members must have the Golden Pass.
2.3 Website Registration
Members must register on the SuR website using their in-game name as their display name.
Recommended: Members are strongly encouraged to join the SuR Discord server

CONDUCT & LEADERSHIP
3.1 Leadership Instructions
When a superior gives an instruction, they do so as a representative of the Clan Leader. Their instructions must be respected and followed.
3.2 Concerns & Disagreements
Any concerns or disagreements regarding leadership decisions must be raised privately with the Clan Leader.
3.3 Clan Communication
Creating arguments, disruption or conflict in the common clan channel is not permitted.

RANKS & ACTIVITY
4.1 Rank Structure
Officer — G8 / G9
Veteran — G7
Soldier — Inactive members
4.2 Inactivity
Members who will be absent must notify the clan in advance.
Be Aware: Players who are inactive for 3 days without notification may be removed from the clan

MANDATORY EVENTS
Active members are required to participate in:
Ragnarok • Dark Omens • Trials of Olympus • Rise of the Ancients
5.1 Participation
Members must actively participate in all mandatory events.
Scoring 0 points is considered non-participation unless the absence was notified in advance.
5.2 Event Instructions
Members must follow all instructions issued through announcements and clan chat during events.
5.3 Clan Objective
SuR aims for 1st place in every event. Members are expected to work together and contribute toward achieving the highest possible clan ranking.
Take Note: Repeated event absences may result in removal from the clan.

RAGNAROK
6.1 Ragnarok Store
Members must obtain all rewards from the Ragnarok Store.
6.2 Ragnarok Equipment
Members must craft at least one set of Ascendant (red) Warrior of Ragnarok equipment and wear it during the event.

DARK OMENS
7.1 Participation
Participation in Dark Omens is mandatory for all active members. Members are expected to contribute actively and work toward their event objectives.
7.2 Event Instructions
All instructions provided through announcements and clan chat must be followed throughout the event.

TRIALS OF OLYMPUS
8.1 Personal Goals
Members must complete all personal goals in the first four trials:
Chimera • Basilisk • Lava Fountain • Tartaros
Members must complete at least 40/80 personal goals in the Trial of Briareus.
8.2 Lava Fountains
G7 and G8 players must provide one Lava Fountain to a G9 player to assist with the completion of higher-tier objectives.
This is the only authorised transfer. All other fountains must be collected by their owner unless defending against enemy attacks.
FYI: G9 personal goals provide the highest point return. Prioritising their completion maximises the clan's total score.

RISE OF THE ANCIENTS
9.1 Ancients' Vaults
Members must build the highest-level Ancients' Vault (Tower of the Elders) available to them and register their vault in the designated clan channel
9.2 Tin Man Participation
Members must participate in the Tin Man event.
9.3 Mercenaries
Mercenaries obtained from Triumphal Challenge rewards must be retained for use when attacking the Tin Man.
9.4 Point Requirements
Members must achieve at least the minimum number of Tin Man points specified in the relevant clan announcement.
9.5 Point Distribution
Instructions concerning the distribution of points between the Tome of Knowledge, Enchanted Figurine and Mysterious Clock must be followed.
Remember: Tin Man summoning times are published in the Message of the Day

CLAN RAIDS
10.1 Required Raids
Members must participate in Heroic, Epic and Runic raids.
10.2 The Big Hunt
Participation in the Big Hunt is strongly recommended. The clan bonus is normally activated approximately 3 hours before reset.

CLAN REWARDS
SuR rewards members for strong performance and contribution to clan events.
11.1 Trials of Olympus
The top 10 performers in the Trials of Olympus tournament receive:
1st — 100 Torch Fragments + 200K Dragon Coins
2nd — 75 Torch Fragments + 150K Dragon Coins
3rd — 50 Torch Fragments + 100K Dragon Coins
4th–10th — 30 Torch Fragments + 50K Dragon Coins
All participants who achieve their required objectives receive 10 Torch Fragments.
11.2 Dark Omens
Lantern Fragments are distributed according to tournament ranking:
1st–5th — 50 Lantern Fragments each
6th–10th — 25 Lantern Fragments each
11th onwards — Remaining Lantern Fragments are shared among players who finish within the Top 100 of the Restoration of Balance tournament.
11.3 Weekly Chest Rewards
The top three players on the weekly Chest Points leaderboard receive:
1st — 100,000 Dragon Coins
2nd — 50,000 Dragon Coins
3rd — 25,000 Dragon Coins
Please Note: Event rewards are subject to availability.

NON-COMPLIANCE
Failure to meet SuR requirements may result in the following progressive demotions:
Officer → Veteran → Soldier → Removal from SuR
Repeated failure to meet clan requirements or participate in mandatory events may result in removal from the clan.
